During your payment process, you will be prompted to create your own account/profile that may contain personal information about you.
The Website will also allow you to post messages and content to designated areas such as the Q&A Forum, and to upload files, images, documents, or other materials. By posting or uploading to the Website, you consent to the disclosure of the information. You understand and agree that information that you share on the Website through your account/profile or through posting or uploading is not information that is collected or shared by Belly Babies, but only by you. Belly Babies is not responsible for disclosure of personal information that you share through your account/profile or the Website, and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such disclosure.

When you set up your own account/profile you will be required to create a password. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belly Babies or any of its employees, directors, shareholders or any professional engaged by Belly Babies from and against any loss, liability, damage or expense of whatever nature that you or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, your use or misuse of the Website or of any information or advice contained on the Website or provided by any professional or consultant employed by or associated with Belly Babies.
Belly Babies has the right to terminate your password and account immediately if you have violated any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they are due. If you do not pay, we may limit your ability to use the services. We reserve the right to recover unpaid fees from you.
The terms and conditions in respect of the Belly Babies Nappy Competition (“Nappy Competition”) should be read with the general Belly Babies terms and conditions. Where there are any discrepancies between those relating specifically to this Nappy Competition and the general Belly Babies terms and conditions above, then the terms and conditions specific to this Nappy Competition should take preference.
Only women who are pregnant and who reside within the borders of the Republic of South Africa shall be eligible to win. Should it come to the attention of Belly Babies that an entrant has been dishonest, such entry shall be disregarded.
Belly Babies employees, subcontractors, and family members of employees or subcontractors are not eligible to participate in this Nappy Competition.
Entries for the Nappy Competition are done by completing the first step of the registration process (for the Belly Babies Online Course). This first step in the registration process does not automatically sign an entrant up for the Belly Babies Online Course. An entrant who wishes to access the Belly Babies Online Course is required to complete the full registration process.
The Nappy Competition winner shall be announced within the first week of every month, until such time determined by Belly Babies. The winner shall be selected from the pool of entrants of the preceding month.
The decision made by Belly Babies as to the winner(s) of the Nappy Competition shall be final and binding. No entrant will be allowed to win more than once. The winner will be announced via social media and will be contacted via telephone, email, or direct message.
The prize shall be in the form of a voucher. No substitution or cash-redemption is permitted.
By entering this Nappy Competition, the entrant agreed and gives consent for his/her personal information to be processed in accordance with South African data protection laws and the Belly Babies privacy policy. Each entrant agrees and consents to her personal information be used to administer this Nappy Competition, and specifically that should she win, her name may be published on social media winner announcement posts.
